Very heartbroken by the loss of my friend, Ricardo Luna. I had the honor of knowing him, as the very gentle, soft-spoken, humble and friendly man that he was. I also had the privilege of being of being of service to him for a time as Ricardo's caregiver, when I worked for Cornerstone Caregivers.
Im very saddened by his loss and for his broken hearted love ones left behind. My deepest condolences and sympathies go out to the entire Luna family and my prayers for their well-being and their comfort from the Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18:
13. "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (have passed away), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18. Wherefore Comfort one another with these words."

My condolences to his family, for he was my French teacher in high school and I use to go over his house along with a few of my classmates. We spend time with his family. Ever so often I would see him around town. I have very fond memories of him, as he made an impact in my life. Never to be forgotten of a wonderful man. May your memories and knowing he is there for you always in many ways. Love Liane (Daniel) Christine

My colleague Richard was the heart of the Widefield Foreign Language department, a published local history author but, above all, the kindest gentleman I had the privilege to teach with.
