I new Dick for more than 35 years, having worked with him at the CSNB for 13 years, until his retirement. Bill, you will remember that we both worked together there for a while with your Dad. I'm so sad to hear of his passing. He truly was a very kind hearted man. For several years, he dressed up in his Santa suit and visited our home for our three young children at Christmas time. I think he enjoyed those times as much as our family did. I'll always have fond memories of Dick.

I'll keep passing out guardian angels to everyone I meet - in his honor! I'll so miss my buddy!

Richard was a truly good man. I'll miss our occasional hamburger lunches. He is however were he belongs, with his wife. My best wishes to those close to him.
