Richard was not only a neighbor, but also a friend who will be missed. He was always one who had a smile that would warm up any room and was always in some stage of playing a joke on someone.
He had a zest for living life if at the YMCA, flying his airplanes, or planning another painting or art project.
He touched many lives and the World is a better place because he was here.
