Richard "Dick" Gene Siever, 88, of Colorado Springs, passed away on July 22, 2025.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Nancy; children Beth Baska (Dave), Kamber Arbini, and Bryan Siever (Norma); his brother, David; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who knew him as "Grandpa Bud."

Born in Wichita, Kansas on May 22, 1937, Dick's life was marked by service, leadership, and a heart for community. He held leadership roles in higher education and the private sector. His passion for community development led him to contribute to Fort Collins' "Design Tomorrow Today" initiative.

Later, he found deep purpose through ministry at Woodmen Valley Chapel, founding the A.C.T.S. volunteer program, a legacy he considered the highlight of his career.

Dick's life was defined by faith, family, and his ability to inspire and empower others.

A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Woodmen Valley Chapel (Stone Chapel), with a reception to follow.
