I never met Dr. Thompson, but heard a lot about him from his son, Bruce, who was a student of mine when I was teaching German in Boulder. I would love to re-connect with Bruce, and this is the only place on the internet that I seem to be able to find mention of him. Please get in touch if you can: [email protected]

Lee Ann and family I would like to extend my sincere condolences at this most difficult time! We spent time together at MS while my Father (Norm) was there. I saw you recently at dog training! RIP Richard! May you dwell on all the great memories

Dr. Hammond, Although we never met Richard, your love & care for him always shined through. We are thinking about you and your family during this time of loss and celebration of a life well lived. Reading about Richard is much like thinking about your life.....so giving and caring to others through your careers. We know the amazing care you provided Richard these last tough years made him feel so loved and improved his quality of life. God Bless You and we will continue to keep you & your family in our prayers. Hugs! Love, Dave & Barb Marotti
