Rikki Bera Obituary

I met Rikki while working at USAA. We became close friends for a while. Even roommates. I found out aboutbher passing via FB a fee years ago. I dug up some old photos of us when we lived together for that short time. Wish we would have kept in touch so I could have been there for her. My condolences.

I echo Kevin's words, as I was shocked and heartbroken when Scott told me of Rikki's passing. She was quite the girl! (And in those days quite the Cowboys fan) Her smile was infectious and if there was anyone in this World that didn't have a mean bone in their body, it was Rikki. Greg and Sukki, you raised a good one there. She was indeed a beautiful person. I pray that you are finding some peace and comfort knowing she brought so much to so many here on earth. I know this happened some time ago, but I imagine the 'pain' is still there. I can't even imagine. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of her family. She lit up the neighborhood growing up....

My heart dropped the moment I found out what had happened to my dear old friend. I pray that the Lord watches over Rikki and her family. Rikki was such a great friend growing up together. She will be missed.

Greg and Patti, Thank you so much for having such a beautiful visitation, and heart-wrenching, and wonderful services for her funeral. Shr looked beautiful and so at peace. I guess all my prayers for Rikki-chan were answered by God bringing her home. I know Bob, (of Bob and Anne), my Father, and her Uncle Eddie were waiting for her. Please do not forget to send some of her barrel-racing photos to me. Greg, thank you for helping me bring Rikki into the world; she touched so many people with her smile. Once again, thanks!

Dear Greg and Suki, We were shocked and so very sorry to read about Rikki. She was such a cute little girl running around the softball fields when we were playing. Rikki touched so many hearts with that glorious smile of hers. Even as an infant, her smile drew us to her! There are no words in this universe to explain the deep loss we are all feeling. Bob and I welcomed her into this world of ours that long ago day in April and I know he was one of many that met her at heaven's door. I just can't believe that this world has lost such a strong, beautiful, intelligent, and charasmatic angel.
