Sandy and family, I just found out today...what a shock! My thoughts and prayers are with you for your loss. It's been many years, but I had just mentioned to Pete that I hadn't heard anything about or from Bob in years. He passed the news on to me today. The world will have less smiles with his passing.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Sandra and your family. We were very saddened when we heard of Bob's passing. I always looked forward to talking with Bob every time I came by to check the sprinkler system. He always had a good story. I know he loved his garden too and a nice green lawn. I'm still in shock and disbelief. Please accept our deepest sympathy. Bob will surely be missed.

Just heard today about Bob & of course working out of town. We are so sorry for your loss Sandy and for the rest of the family too. We heard a few weeks back that Bob was having surgery but no other details & couldn't find anyone with any info. I will always remember my friend "Dumpy" who always called me "Lumpy". God grant you strength in the days to come. Our prayers & thoughts are with you and yours.

To Those I Love and Those Who Love Me

When I am gone, release me, let me go I have so many things to see and do. You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears, be happy that we had so many years.

I gave you my love, you can only guess, how much you gave me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, but now it's time I traveled on alone.

So grieve awhile for me, if grieve you must then let your grief be comforted by trust. It's only for a while that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart.

I won't be far away, for life goes on, so if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near. And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear all my love around you soft and clear.

And then, when you must come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile, and say, “Welcome Home!

I am saddened of the news of Bob's passing. I will always remember the good times we had working together in the Network Switching Control Center at Qwest Communications at that time Mountain Bell in the early 80's. Bob had a great sense of humor and wit. He often brought me pheasant feathers from his hunt to use in my art projects. He was a great hunter and friend. Bob also brought my kids a puppy all the way from Canyon City when their dog passed. Please accept my sincere condolences and prayers for him and his loved ones.

Warm Summer Sun

Warm summer sun,
Shine kindly here,
Warm southern wind,
Blow softly here.
Green sod above,
Lie light, lie light.
Good night, dear heart,
Good night, good night.
