Robert Mooney Obituary

Robert Mooney was born March 7, 1919, and died on July 7,2010. Robert was a World War II Navy veteran. He had two very successful business careers with Frito Lay and Rayne Soft Water while living in California. He married the love of his life, Mildred Mooney and they had two children, Skip Mooney of Manitou Springs, CO, and Nancy Bartelt of Bullhead City, AZ. They had three grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Robert and Mildred loved to travel and were able to take many trips after retirement. They moved to Manitou Springs in 2000. Robert moved to the Village at Skyline after Mildred's death, where he touched many lives with his beautiful singing voice, and wonderful sense of humor. Robert and Mildred are sadly missed by friends and family. A private service with all the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will be held later in the year.
