Robert Shrewsbury Obituary
Robert was born on June 11, 1926 to Robert and Mabel Shrewsbury (Savage), in Pueblo, Colorado. He married Vivian Hoover on December 10, 1943 in Pueblo, Colorado.
Robert enjoyed playing wind musical instruments, loved snowmobiling, fishing, avid hunter and gunsmith. He was a life member of Frontier Sportsman's Club, life member of the National Rifle Association, and 65 years with the Sheet Medal Local 9.
Robert is survived by two sons: Robert Jr. (Rosetta) and Lynn Sr., and daughter Janet V. Daugherty (Tom). He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mabel Shrewsbury, and his wife Vivian Shrewsbury.
A Memorial Service held 10am Monday, February 3, 2014 at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel.

Just learned of this loss and was saddened as Bob was a great friend and talented gunsmith. Even though we hadn't seen him for years, we remembered him always. Still own a custom made rifle he built. Our condolences to the family.

Another of our Greatest Generation to whom so many of us owe so much, has departed. Bob was a man of honesty and integrity. His dedication to his wife during her long illness was admirable. May all of your good memories sustain you in this time of loss.
