Bobby and Kimberlee and the rest of Bob's family, Thanks so much for sharing such a neat man with me and so many others. Bobby, good job at the memorial....you did well. Bob agreed that knowing where we are going when we leave this place puts things into a good perspective. We will keep on trusting God, cleaning house and helping others. Luke 4:18

I didn't have to tell you how I felt, you always knew. That's what friends are for. You were there to walk me through some of the darkest times of my life, and I tried to always be there for you. You were also there for the joyous times, and we exceeded our lifetime allowance of laughter! I was there with you at the doctors when you first were diagnosed, and when you were meeting with the surgeon in Denver. You messed up his Matruska doll! It was so funny watching you trying to put it back together! You had the gift of seeing the best in everyone, and making them want to live up to the way you saw them. It was an honor to call you my friend. Did you know I was holding your hand when you died? I was so terribly sad, but so glad you were back with Carolyn. You never stopped missing her, and it brings me such peace to imagine the two of you together again, where you belong. Dios te amo y yo tam bien, mi buen amigo Roberto.

I have known Bob for 15 years now. I first met him in the fellowship when I moved to Colorado springs in 1995. Like everyone he met....we were friends instintely! I moved to Arizona 8 years ago and we have allways stayed in touch....either through mail or telephone. I never could get him to text!! I loved him more then I have words to say....I will miss him deeply! My heart and love go out to his kids....he loved you both so much!! Though I don't know you...I feel like I do. He talked about you both frequently. Our world has lost a great guy....but even though he is not here physically...he will be right here in my heart FOREVER!! I will finish by quoting Bob's favorite saying "God loves you and so do I"!!
