Wow, big brother, it's been five years since you passed, and I am filled with both sorrow and gratitude. Sorrow for the void your absence leaves in our lives, but gratitude for the joy and laughter you brought into them. Until we reunite in the realm beyond, know that you are missed beyond measure.

Dad,
Loy and I didn't forget that you left Earth 5 years ago yesterday. We each remembered in our own way. We're living together, taking care of each other. We know that you're at peace in Heaven with God and the rest of our family who went before you. We're putting one foot in front of the other. We know we'll be together again one day. We love you and you're still very much missed.
Love,
Mel and Loy

Dad,
It's been almost 4 years since you went to Heaven. Tracy joined on January 3,2024. Our family is slowly dwindling down. Sure some parts of our family are growing but those closest to me are going away. I think of you often. Our world isn't the same without you. I love and miss you so very much.
Love Always,
Mel

"Life is eternal, and love is immortal, and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - William Penn
Dad,
It´s hard to believe it´s been 3 years since your pain ended. Life goes on and we move on. Our family is growing and you would be brimming with pride as our little blessing will grace us in the summer. We miss you and will always love you. ~Always, Vicky

Well, Dad a year has come already. I don't miss you any less but I think that you know that. I'm working on a plan to improve my health- physically, mentally, and emotionally. It will take time. But apparently, God says I have plenty of time and I haven't fulfilled my purpose yet. So, I am patiently waiting for my next assignment. For right now, I have to take care of the family I still have left. I still worry about my "little family" - me, Tracy, Thomas, Lily, and Mao-Mao.
I will love you always Daddy... until we meet again.
Love Always,
Mel

I met Gary in '93 when I hired on at Nixon. We worked together off and on for 6 years and I'll always remember the stories and laughter when he would share one of his life lessons, it made a long 12 hour shift go by quickly. Work is so much better when you enjoy the people you work with. Rest in Peace Gary...until we meet again...
Dad couldn't to get off the ship in Ketchikan and go try some of their King Crab Legs. He thoroughly enjoyed his cruise of Alaska!!!

I butted heads with my Dad a lot when I was growing up. It wasn't until after I became an adult that we found common ground and built a solid, loving relationship. He was and always be the rock that I leaned on. He was always there for me, gave me solid advice, and in the last couple of years we even shared tears together. I must've made an impression on him in how I cared for him, it seemed like he bragged about me a lot. I kept telling him "Dad, don't put me on a pedestal. As clumsy as I am, I liable to fall and it's a long way down." I love you Daddy and I miss you very much. I'm doing my best to stay strong, but it's really hard. I'm glad we had the time together that we did. I'm just glad that you're not in pain anymore. It hurt so bad to see you hurting so much. Rest easy and until we meet again, I'll do my best to live my life to the fullest.

Weaver and I have been friends since we served on the Shangri-La together in the mid-1960s. He was a true friend and I will miss our conversations together. During our Hurricanes here in Texas he never failed to call me and see if we were OK and offer his help. Not everyone would do that. No doubt, he would have helped if needed. That's the kind of man he was. I will miss him. God bless you Weave. Rest in Peace.

I worked with Gary in Operations at Ray Nixon Power Plant. Thanks for always being a breath of fresh air and making shifts fly by with one of a kind stories! Your spirit will live on forever through the people that you've impacted. There are no words that can heal but may God bless your family through this difficult time

Met Gary through his sister Judy many years ago. If it wasn't for him keeping at me to apply at CSU, I wouldn't be retired as I am now; for that I'm truly thankful to Gary. I always had a great time when I was around the Weaver family. Always enjoying themselves and always had coffee on. So glad Gary knew the Lord as his savior. Rest in peace, Gary.

Gary was a great brother. He was my best friend, and support system.
We had an extremely special bond, and for that, I am grateful. I'll cherish each and every single one of our memories. I can't help but smile thinking about the millions of happy memories that we had together: family vacations, road trips, target practicing. You are always right beside me in my best memories and I have learned so much from you.
Thank you for being the best brother a girl could have. Until we meet again. I Love You!!

I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend his celebrations but I will pray for the family during these difficult times. I am glad that he is home with our lord and savior and not suffering from cancer no more.
