Robin was the best facilitator ever. He asked important questions and was fearless in the face of conflict. He will be remembered for his many contributions to the organization development profession. An unforgettable colleague.

Robin was a dear and valued friend since 1980, when we both worked in the City of San Diego's Organization Effectiveness Program. I thoroughly enjoyed our times together, from consultation projects to Padres games, holiday meals, many informal conversations, and hospital visits in his later years.

Robin and I met at Fort Benjamin Harrison on Oct. 31, 1959. Although we lived on opposite coasts, we maintained our friendship all this time. He would occasionally come East for business; and for the last 10 years prior to covid, we spent February in Palm Springs, and every year managed to visit with Robin. My wife and I truly loved Robin, and I miss him very much. After not hearing any updates from the hospital I suspected bad news and finally went to obituaries. Please accept our condolences.
