Robyn Barker
April 12, 1963 - February 8, 2018
Colorado Springs, CO - Robyn G. Barker 54, born April 12, 1963, passed away at home Thursday February 8, 2018.
Robyn was the daughter of Raymond and Carol (Hamel) Hamel who predeceased her. Also predeceased were her brother Gerard Hamel (June, 1999) and Sister Kathleen Bogannan (August, 2010).
Although Robyn was a New Hampshire native, she had been a Colorado Springs resident for 28 years.
Robyn earned her Associates degree from Blair Business College. She started her career at the Air Force Academy doing dishes and worked her way up to the officers club as the Operation Manager receiving numerous awards during her 20 years there. During this time she made many friends at the Air Force Academy, Mission Inn and Guthrie's. Her greatest loves were her husband, grandchildren and family. Her love was limitless and she gave unconditionally.
Robyn leaves behind her husband and best friend of 20 years Mike Barker, her former husband Ernest Boulet, their two amazing sons Bryan Boulet and his wife, Emily and Raymond Boulet, his wife Genevieve and their two precious grandchildren; Matthew and Acacia who made Robyn's world shine. Mike's wonderful 5 children; Chris, Jenny, David, Peter, and Jessica and their precious 12 grandchildren as well as one great grandson. Her amazing siblings; Diane Morissette, of Penacook NH, Lisa Abbott and her husband, Steven of Pembroke NH, Raymond Hamel Jr (the spoiled one) and his wife Jessica of Allenstown, NH. Many incredible nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and friends.
There will be a celebration of Life on Thursday, February 22nd at 4pm at Guthrie's Bar and Grill.

its disappointing to keep finding old friends this way. i knew robyn in the early 90s at usafa. a lot of great memories with her and the rest of the 'cahoots'. far too young. we may not have spoken in many years but u we're never forgotten and won't be now.

So sorry to hear of Robyn's passing. The good times that we spent together working at the Air Force Academy NCO Club during the 1990's are memories that I will retain forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mike and Robyn's entire family. Godspeed.
