So sorry to hear of Rogers passing. I knew him as a young girl through my grandfather Everett Conover.
I have fond memories, Roger was always so kind to me.
He has spread his wings to fly with the angels now.

After serving with Roger for many years on the El Paso County Mortgage Bond committee and other civic activities, it is a true loss to the community of his many contributions. Always a smiling face, a quiet deep thought friend, always willing to go that extra mile to help, support or find a solution to whatever he came upon. My condolences to his family which shared him for years during his involvements. We all know that our community and the trail of life was a lot better from his many contributions.
