Roger Williams Obituary
Roger is also survived by 7 grandchildren who were the light of his world , Andrea (Aaron) Lee, Matthew Thompson, Ian (Melodie) Williams, Melissa Thompson, Megan Williams, Jeremy Williams, and Brennan Williams. He is also survived by a niece, Michelle (Mike) Zink and their children, a nephew, Christopher (Kambriel) Williams, and caregiver, Rich Aguilar.
He was preceeded in death by his parents, his brother Curtis Williams, and a son, Gary Williams.
He worked for Ecolab for 40 years. He loved to travel, dance, play guitar, sing, read books and drink Diet Coke. Roger never met a stranger, and was well known for his sense of humor, kind demeanor and patience.
A stroke greatly altered his life 6 years ago. Even then, Roger joked that it "wasn't a stroke of luck", and continued to show love and kindness to those around him, including medical personnel.
A celebration of life will be held at 10 AM June 17th at Holy Apostles Catholic Church 4925 N Carefree Cir, Colorado Springs, CO 80917, followed by a reception.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Stroke Foundation or Pikes Peak Hospice.

All these years later...and you are still making us smile as we think of you and Angie and all the good times we have shared . There have been many instances, over the years... when we remember you and thank you for being a friend. You have managed to teach us, more than a few valuable lessons about travel, timeshares, marriage encounter, fun and friendship.
We love you Mr Roger...and we dearly miss your beautiful face.
