Worked with Roland in the mid 90's. He was one of the hardest workers the company had. Many conversations, my perception , he had a heart of gold , great sense of humor, very intelligent...he would come up with ideas to make the work area more organized . Your right...he loved his music, beer and the ladies! Big guy...be at peace. I was fiercely honored to know you then. I was so sad to see this obit, but who you are generated those memories of you being an outstanding friend and workplace team player. I literally am saluting you now!

On April 1, 2014 we lost Roland. It's hard to accept that he's gone never to return. All thats left are memories of good and bad times. Rest In Peace Roland.
