RONALD HAL GRAHAM
September 27, 1937 January 11, 2021
Ronald Hal Graham, 83, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away peacefully on January 11th, 2021 after injuries sustained from a fall. Ron was born on September 27th, 1937 in Okeene, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his mother Marian Robinson, father Harold "Hal" Graham and step-mother Frances "Fran" Graham. He is survived by his sister Carolyn Ingalls, brother William "Billy" Graham, children Leslie Dempsey (Jerry Dempsey), Kevin Graham (Jennifer Graham), Michael Graham (Poppy Reno), David Graham (Mary Sullivan), Kirstin Graham (Mark Enomoto) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ron was a veteran and served in both the Air Force and the Nebraska Air National Guard. He enjoyed traveling and spent three years in Cuba, two of them as a high school foreign exchange student before the Castro regime. Later in life he went on several trips across the United States by way of train and bus. He continued to learn throughout his life earning many degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and College of Lake County, Illinois. He liked to collect mementos and spend time talking with his children about the past.
Due to Covid-19 no public services are currently scheduled. The family will plan a private celebration of life at a later date.
