Ronald Wyckoff Obituary

Born May 25, 1937 in Genoa, CO. The Lord welcomed him home on May 24, 2012. A lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, Dean was preceded in death by his parents Lee and Ruth; brother, Elmer Lee and sister, Elsie Wills. He is survived by his children Vicki (Mike) Bergles of Pueblo, Kimberli Wyckoff of Green Mtn Falls, Tracy Leonnig and Jeff Leonnig of Parker and Ron Wyckoff of Colorado Springs; grandchildren Brandi (Pablo) Rojas, Aaron (Glenna) Jacobs, Jarred, Sarah and Zachary Leonnig, and five Great Granddaughters, Hailee, Isabela and Sofia Rojas and Ana and Ulicia Jacobs; and his very best friend and love of his life, Vera Simons of Colorado Springs. Dad, we love you with all our hearts and miss you so much. Our time with you was so brief yet we thank you for each sweet, gentle memory. We know your gentle, kind spirit will heal our broken hearts. Until we see you again, we love you! Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Blunt Mortuary, 2229 W. Colorado Ave. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. To the Wyckoff family:
Dean came to my rental townhome often as my owner's employee. I always enjoyed talking to Dean and looked forward to his visits even though it was to perform repair work and not a social call. His calm and gentle personality were wonderful! I will miss him. AJ Rizzo
