Rose was born in Saint Louis, Missouri November 11, 1940 to Celeste (Hoffman) and George Sanders and passed away May 26, 2022 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Rose worked for Current Inc. for over 30 years. After retiring she moved to Fort Collins, Colorado to be active in the lives of her grandchildren. She moved with them to New Mexico in 2019.
Rose loved serving others and received the Senior Volunteer of the Year Award from The Mission at Catholic Charities of Larimer County in Fort Collins. She had a heart for the homeless and served at the Mission several days a week. Rose loved watching her grandchildren grow up, gardening, thrift shopping for hats and jewelry to add to her vast collection, and loving up on her faithful companion, Taffy, her dog.
Rose is proceeded in death by her parents and five brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, George (Charisma) Crouse; daughter, Catherine (Derek) Hanson; grandchildren Jayla Roldan-Crouse, Nicholas Hanson and Alexis Hanson; and her beloved dog, Taffy.
