Rosemary O'Connell passed away peacefully on November 13 surrounded by her loved ones. Born on a farm in Leitrim Ireland, Colorado truly became her home. She was a lifelong volunteer for a variety of cause, and an active member of her community.
There will be a Rosary in her honor on 12/4/2024 at 10:30 followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Pines in Black Forest.

I remember when our daughter interviewed your mom for a school assignment on immigration. Rose asked, "Why did you come to the U.S.?" and Rosemary answered, "Well, it was the love of my life."
It was a complete privilege to know her, and we will miss her dearly.
