Ruby L'Herisson Obituary

Ruby Francis L'Herisson born August 5, 1930 in Louisiana, passed away November 10, 2005. Ruby lived in Colorado Springs over 50 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel L'Herisson and Mona DeRouen L'Herisson and her sister, Gene Dorsey. She is survived by her brother, Oswalt L'Herisson and nieces: Iris Hodulich, Michelle Ferraioli, Cindy Harris and nephew Michael Dorsey; grand niece, Melissa Hodulich; grand nephews: Scott and Brian Ferraioli, Marc Hodulich, Lundy Dorsey and Jordan Harris. Ruby was a retired physical education instructor through the Colorado Springs and Pueblo school districts, a member of Delta Zeta Sorority and Colorado Springs Panhellenic. Other interests included: football, birding and being a docent at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Memorial Services private. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Rubys name to the Gene Dorsey Scholarship Fund through Colorado Springs Panhellenic 560 Blackhawk Court, Colorado Springs, CO 80919 or to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
