Rudy was a friend/coach/powerlifting mentor from my days at Flex (Gold's) Gym in Colorado Springs. He was well know for his boisterous personality and enthusiasm for everything related to lifting weights. Not to mentioned his stories that would leave you in tears of laughter! An all around good guy willing to take the time to help anyone in the gym. He was a legend. RIP, Rudy. My condolences to the family.
