Russell Mabery Obituary

Russ was the best man at my wedding in the spring of 1960 to the then Shiela Ann McFadden, and one of my best friends. I can still see the smile on his face, and hear his contagious laugh. Just an all around great guy.

Russ is missed by many. RIP big guy.

I was blessed to have had Russ as a Father figure, he came at my early adult time, more than 35 years now, with him and the rest of the Mabery family I felt very much a part. Once Russ hugged you,spoke his caring welcome with his eyes, you felt warm and cozy. I love you Russ and so blessed with being connected to you and this great family of yours. Here is to you with so much love, the Lighthouse on the rock, bearing up the waves of life. To the clan,take good care and hold each other dear family.

Russ was quite a guy, like a big hug-gable teddy bear. We will miss him. All our thoughts and prayers are with the close knit family that he was so proud of....

Jodie and family, our hearts and prayers are with you. Russ was more than just a friend to us, it's like losing a brother. Our group of friends are like family, and it won't be the same without Russ. I will forever hold in my heart Russ' generous spirit and in my memory his joyous laugh. His love for his family and friends was an inspiration for many. My life has been blessed because my family is counted in that group of loved ones. Not only will I miss Russ' friendship, but I know my dad definitely will they were friends for over 50 years.
