To the family of Ruth Westcott:

I have had the priviledge of knowing Ruth since 1991, the year she and her husband moved into the condommium here in Colorado Springs. She was such a dear, kind, and caring friend. She battled health issues and was always able to bounce back with smiles and great courage. She is no longer suffering and is at peace. I will always treasure our friendship and remember the good times we had. I pray that the Lord's blessing and peace rest in your home and on your loved ones.
