We want you to know that your family is still in our thoughts and prayers.

I was hoping if I waited a while words would come to me. We are so sorry for you and you are in our thoughts and prayers. Susan, your faith, has been inspirational and I am a little embarrassed to say it is comforting for me. So, I know that God is doing all He can to comfort you.

We are so incredibly sorry for your loss. We knew Ryan as a toddler in Turkey and remember he and Brandon being pushed in a double stroller by Susan as she power walked around Incirlik AFB. Pappas family, My son and I only got to spend a summer with Ryan. Chase and I will never forget his smile and genuine love of the game. Saying we are sorry isn't enough. he will live in the hearts of his friends and everyone who ever met him.

Dear Susan and Glen,
I haver never met your beautiful son Ryan or you. Please know that your loss brings much heartache to many hearts, especially hearts of those in the baseball community. I am a father of two Freshman ball players and my family's thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless you all. We are so sorry for your loss.

My son Ian and I were so blessed to have met Ryan and his brother Brandon when they worked with their mom at Summer Preschool program. I cherish the end of summer pictures that we have of Ryan, Brandon and Mrs. Susan.

Ryan touched so many hearts before he left this world and the monument family has lost someone so valuable. it breaks my heart to know that he is gone. my prayers are with you.

Prayers for strength & Condolences to the entire Pappas family, all of Ryan's friends & classmates. I did not know Ryan but this tragedy has pulled on my heart strings, especially since I have children close to his age.

Brandon, I remember when I met you and Ryan a few years ago. I asked if you were twins. You looked at each other, smiled that big Pappas smile, said you could be but no, you weren't twins! I know you loved your brother and he loved you. That doesn't change. He will always be looking after you and is with you. God bless you honey and your entire family.

We are so very sorry for your loss. My son, Nick, was killed tragically on his motorcycle 2 weeks ago. I never understood how unbearable the pain could be. I know you understand this now, too, and my heart breaks for you. Ryan sounds like a wonderful young man. He and my Nick shared a passion for life and both loved adventure. Although they never met on this earth, I am sure they are great friends now, and I take comfort from that. I hope that you do, too.
