Ryan Patsky Obituary

On Monday, February 6, 2023, Ryan Patsky, loving father of two children, passed away at the young age of 37. Ryan was born on a cold, crisp day, in Colorado Springs, CO, to Mark and Sandi (Gurule) Patsky. He joined the United States Army at the age of 17 and bravely served his country as a Military Police Officer for 4 years, completing two full tours in Afghanistan. Ryan had two young daughters, Isabelle Rose and Ella Ryan.
Ryan loved being a father more than anything in this world. He could often be found bringing his girls out to lunch on daddy/daughter dates, to the park to watch them play, or to the hockey (or skating) rink to teach them to skate.
Hockey was another one of Ryan's passions. He grew up playing hockey and his love for the game never lessened. Since he grew up being a team player, it's no surprise that he did well in the Army, as well. There are endless stories from those who served with him about his loyalty, bravery, humor, and camaraderie. Ryan will forever be remembered for his hilarious quick wit, his sarcasm, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.
Ryan was preceded in death by his mom, Sandi, his sister, Jennifer, and his grandma, Judy. He is survived by his two children, Isabelle Rose (10 years old) and Ella Ryan (7 years old), the mother of his children, Kelsey, his father, Mark, his brother, Jason (and wife Andriya), cousins, Jordan and Dylan, as well as 3 of his grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the upcoming weeks and donations can be made to his daughters at: https://gofund.me/1f853392
