Greg, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Sally was one of the nicest and loving-est persons I ever knew. Her presence in the BSU always brought everything to Light and to Life! Hers was life well lived.

Greg, Hannah and Rebekah - Sally was an amazing, special person who enriched the lives of everyone around her. Incha and I cherish the time spent with her at USAFA when our families were expanding and sharing social events at DFCE faculty gatherings. We remember how she always made us welcome in your home, her gracious caring smile (and wonderful food) and her unselfish love for all. May God bless her and your family.

Suzi and I were so saddened when we learned of Sally's passing. Suzi had emailed Ann Pocock checking on the fires in your neighborhood. You and Sally contributed so much to making our one-year visit to AFA such a joy. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Oh Greg & girls, we are so sorry. You have had such a tough year. Remember, we are right across the street if you need us!

I saw your mother and father today at the youth camp celebration today and your mother shared your loss. Please know of our prayers of healing for you at this time. I now reside at the ranch in Mariposa and care for mother Joan who is now 87. May the sweet memories and sadness of your loss collide in a way to bring you more strength and joy as time moves forward! Brother George lost his wife 3 years ago to cancer and I was with her at her side in D.C. Your mom is bring her friend to the ranch to have lunch with Joan in two weeks and we are looking forward to their visit....your folks inspire me...they are timeless :)

Words cannot express the feelings of loss of such an energetic, joyous person. Our memories of time spent with Sally will remain with us always. She had the most amazing, smiling eyes and that infectious laugh. God must have needed an amazing woman in heaven to have called her home so early in life. I haven't seen Sally since we graduated from Coronado, but every now and then I would think about her. She was always a sweet and upbeat person, and I was glad she was my friend. Every time I saw her she had a radiant smile on her face. It sounds like she went through her life like that. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. They lost a very special person.

The last time I saw Sally was when we worked together at Lerner's downtown before she and Greg married. I still remember that smile and that marvelous sense of humor! My condolences to Greg, children, and other family members. Memory eternal!

In the middle of everything else she did she took time to be kind to my mother and me.I did not realize until long after high school that I accidently stole her boyfriend "Skeeter". I did not realized how much she liked him as she introduced him to me as her friend. Sally was always a joy to be with since grade school days. I look forward to continuing our friendship in heaven together and pray for all in her family who are separated from her now.

Dear Greg:
Not the reason nor the way I would have preferred to reconnect with you...I am so sorry to hear about your loss...reading about Sally, I am not surprised to hear what a wonderful woman she was as I would have not expected anything less from and for you. I am sure you and your two daughters have many wonderful memories of her which will always touch your hearts and bring a smile to your faces. Treasure them and may them, as well as our thoughts and prayers, help comfort you.

I first met Sally last fall as school was beginning. It was my first year at TCA and she was such a welcoming part of the school. Sally was the kind of person you knew you were going to enjoy from the very beginning. But more than that, you knew you had a friend.
It is nearly impossible to find the words to describe the grief and emptiness Greg, Hannah and Rebeka are experiencing right now. I know we all are. My comfort, though, comes from knowing this life is only temporary and the suffering we endure now is not worthy to be compared to the glory we will one day receive in God's presence - something Sally is enjoying right now.
For my wife, Karen, and I, our love and prayers are with you all.

Kristen and I send our condolences to you and your family. It's very hard to understand right now. Words can't express the impact that Sally had on FCAers as they grew. She was the person our mother's prayed would be there when we left home- always providing a smile, encouraging words, Godly insight, and great food at a time when those things where manna from heaven!

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering all of you and your loved one today and always.

I knew Sally from working at TCA. She always had a smile for me, and it was a joy to talk with her, when she was there. Hard to believe she is gone...she was just there! I won't be able to be there on Friday. But I pray that the Lord will fill your hearts with His love and hold you tight, when those moments of grief hit. Sally will be missed by many.

What a wonderful soul. Sally we will miss your sense of humor, friendship and love. Hannah and Rebeka, your mamma loved you and always, always talked about you and your accomplishments. She was so proud of you. And Greg, she adored you. When sitting together during a work day she spoke of you with such affection. We are all so sad and will miss her terribly. It is with heavy heart that I have learned of the loss of Sally. It was not long after the loss of my father in 1986 that I had the great privilege of meeting Greg and Sally. My memories of Sally are that of a loving and caring Christian woman who loved life to its fullest. I have fond memories of sitting around her table eating chips and salsa. Her laugh and smile brightened up any room. Sally was an amazing person. She was always so kind and considerate to everyone she came in contact with. Her passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew her. Sally's memory will always remain deep within my heart. Her dedication to the Academy and all of us who benefited from her guidance and wisdom, and we can never truly appreciate nor forget the love she had for Cadets. Greg, Hannah, Rebekah, my heart is heavy for you. You lost an amazing wife and mother. Thank you for sharing her with us. God Bless you all.
