I had the privilege of working with Sam at the AFRPL. He was an extremely knowledgeable and skillful officer and also very kind and helpful to me. I am sorry to learn of his loss.

I worked with Sam when he was an administrator with the Asian Division of UMUC. He was such an engaging and intellectual person. And a true gentleman. Recently while moving I thought of him when I came across something I had kept that had his handwriting on it. I am very glad to have known and worked with Sam. I'm sorry for your loss.
