As Sandra's eye doctor and as a fellow Canadian, I cherished every visit with her. She was a friend and loved chatting about Hockey and pie. She loved her children and loved talking about them. My Mother is wearing the same quilting bracelet as her because Sandra meant that much to me. I will deeply miss Sandra and know she meant the world to me.

Sandra worked with us at PPCC and we would get maps of where she had lived and visited. She would take me on a tour and most of the time I would actually feel like I had been there. Sandra was amazing. She was so kind and made people feel at ease.

I am so sorry to see of Sandy's passing. I worked with her at Penrose Elementary. I would see her daily and talk to her, I was the Physical Education teacher and they used the gym for lunches. She was such a nice lady, she will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
