Sarah was born in Saguache Colorado to Elvira and Fred Martinez She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband Raymond A Maez and many family members. Mother of 6: Shirley (Mike), Bonnie, Danny (Pam), Twila (Chris), Ray (Chris) and Jake. Grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 23. She adored spending time with her family and socializing with many great friends. She was a devoted Catholic and loved reading at (Guadalupe Church). Loved cheering on her favorite football team (Broncos) and watching WWE wrestling.
Due to Covid19, we are only limited to a viewing Tuesday Dec 22, 2020
From 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Swan-Law-Funeral Home.

My grandma was the greatest friend I known since 2017 but also she was a hero in the year 2019 -2020 she helped me by me living with her when I was homeless.we had the best memories we used to watch WWE wrestlers she was funny about it she likes broncos football also when we're done with church we always went to the old McDonald's in the walmart.thanks grandma for making me a better grandson to you and my cousins your a good angle grandma rest.in.pice good day and good.

My beutiful Grandma was my one and only, her and my grandpo were the best people had a heart of gold. I admire their hard work to provide for the family.
Grandma i wish i could call u hear ur voice ur smile. I will miss going to Cripple creek every year for your birthday and cleaning the shed every summer, talking to u hoping for advice. so much more i miss. Having u as a grandma was the best blessing . she knew everything about me...and wat i will live by everyday is wat she gave me n the kids!!!!!!
