My heart goes out to all Scott's family. My grandparents have lived next to Scott for over 30 years and I basically grew up if front of Scott & Kay. Scott was always so nice to me, I can remember being just a little girl and I would get to go over and pick my very own flower from the always beautiful flower beds. God Bless.
