Scott was an outstanding grad student who became a close friend of mine. A true salt of the earth' person, he embraced people in a non-judgmental manner. Carefully metering out observations with insightful wit and wisdom, Scott was a gifted communicator. As a professor he emulated the work of Howard Gardner with a artistic command of multiple intelligences.
Most of all I am going to forever miss our frequent and long conversations that generated their own positive energy! An intellectual powerhouse, Scott exemplified the adage the student becomes the teacher' as we collaborated on several multimedia projects.
The world has lost a great man, a loving husband, a generous father, and a truly dear friend of mine.
