I am so sorry to hear abount Shirley, she was a good person and a good customer of the bank Herring, where I used to work at. She would always sit at my desk and just talk to me. Michael my heart goes out to you and your family.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise found in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring you some comfort. Knowing that there is a future for those ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

I knew Shirley in nursing school back in 1973-1975. She was a dearly loved member of a group of nursing students who used to spend many long hours studying together and having so much fun. Shirley was a wonderful and kind person . I'm so sad I did not know she lived in Colorado Springs . I've often thought about her. I know she was an inspiration to me as we pursued our nursing education because she was so smart and encouraging. Linda Ramirez (now Kirkland)
