I worked with Shirley at Focus On The Family for a couple of years in the 1990's. I loved to listen to her sing. She had a beautiful voice. I remember when I was asked to do my first devotion for a team at work, I asked her what do I say? She said just be yourself and share what God has done in your life. Shirley, you will be missed. :-)

Dear Charlie,

I didn't know Shirley very well, only through the few NOCC meetings she was able to attend, a couple of phone calls and then a visit with her in Pikes Peak Hospice the day before she went to be with the Lord. I treasure the moments I spent with her that Saturday, the peace that she was experiencing and the hope of salvation in her heart. My most sincere condolences to you and your family.
