Dear Rich, Heather and family: Words can't express how sorry I am to hear of your loss. Your father was a honorable man a good father and an all around fine human being. His long battle with Cancer is over and now he can rest. The worlds loss is heavens gain.

Stan was a good friend. I had the privelage of maintaining his aircraft 42Q since his arrival in Colorado and enjoyed flying with him. His association with the United States Air Force Flight Training Center was a great benifit to all members and staff. His love of flying was contagious. He will be missed.

Stan was the consumate gentleman and a great friend. His work with the United States Air Force Academy Flight Training Center led to significant improvements in service and facilities. His love of flying was contageous. I loved hearing his stories and adventures. Stan was and will always be a great American hero.
