Steve Keith Carpe, age 48, passed away on December 10, 2023, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born on January 14, 1975, and was beloved by his family and friends. Steve was an outgoing and loving person who always had a smile on his face. He had a passion for cooking and graduated in culinary arts from Pikes Peak Community College.
Steve leaves behind his wife, Nicole Carpe, and their six sons: Riley, Stevie, Jonathon, Colton, Jackson, and Jayce Carpe. He was also survived by several brothers, nieces, nephews, and other family members who will miss him dearly.
Throughout his career, Steve worked at various well-known restaurants in Colorado Springs, with many renowned chefs. Cooking was not just a profession for him but a true passion, second only to his love for his wife and children.
In his free time, Steve enjoyed watching football, particularly cheering on the Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboys. He was also an avid NASCAR fan and would spend Sundays immersed in the action.
A memorial service will be held in honor of Steve Keith Carpe on January 14, 2024, at 12 pm at the Tipperary in Colorado Springs. Donations to support his services can be made directly to his family, as he was their main source of income during his lifetime.
