I didn't know him all that well because I was 2 when he had passed. but if I ever had the chance to meet him I would do so in taking that chance. From what I've been told by my mother, he was my best friend. Steve-o was my uncle and my uncle Travis' best friend. May your spirit run freely, and may your love live on.

SteveO, you will never be forgotten, we hold the memories that contain you to our hearts, as well as the lessons to laugh, take it easy, and enjoy the moments. We will always remember that goofy little smile and mischevious eyes. Long live the Batman Belt!

Uncle Mark, my heart goes out to you and the rest of the family. Words just are not enough to express the sadness that has overcome us all. I will remember his spirit, his heart and his love. I know he is with God and Grandma and couldn't be in better hands now. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers always.

We were so sad when you two moved away from us, but thrilled you finally found what you were looking for in Colorado. Watching you two graduate high school, the nights of Wii bowling, the awesome fire pit nights we had will all be remembered...trying to get in touch with Mark, I've called practically every Home Depot in California...Stevo, you will be missed so much!!!! Ness, we are so sorry for your loss....

Vanessa,
I remember what it took to get you two enrolled in college. Most would have given up, but you were determined, jumped through all the hoops and just completed your first year successfully. Steven had such a big heart and could light up the room where he was. He always made me smile. I pray God will keep you in the center of his hand and guide you to keep growing to reach your goals. I ache for you that you have lost the love of your life and your beautiful partner. I am here for you.

I am so sorry for your loss. Loosing someone so young is so very hard. I am glad that I got to know him, I had some fun times with the boys. He will be terribly missed.

Stevo I will remember your smile and your wonderful laugh. You were my son Randy's best friend and he always called you his little brother. Randy is not able to write his condolences at this time but I talked to him today and his heart is breaking at the loss of you and he wants you to know that he will hold on to your memory forever and will never forget you. Our family thanks God for the short time we were allowed to have such a wonderful person in our lives. We are better for having known you.

Steve O was a warm spirit. Everytime I saw him, he always had a smile on his face. His presence brought a lot of joy and comfort into many peoples lives. I will never forget the laughs that me and my whole family had with him and Ness when they would join us during family gatherings...he was quite the hoot. My heart and prayers go out to His family, his sweet and loving wife Ness, and the many lives that he touched. May peace be with you brother.

I always knew Steven Anthony Thornton as Stevie as my cousin. He always stayed positive and was the most helpful person I knew. He put everyone else first and would go out of his way to make sure everybody was happy. I never spent as much time with him as I would like but the times that we did spend together brought the family closer. This is a time to celebrate his life and short time we all spent with him and I know that he will watch over us with our grandmother Ruth.
