Susan Crozier Obituary

Susan Ann Crozier, a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010 in San Jose, California. Sue was born to Carl & Rose Farrington on June 28, 1949 in Colorado Springs. Sue married Gary Crozier on November 29, 1969. Sue attended Colorado State University where she graduated in 1971. Sue was a dedicated and very involved member of the Community and was active in the Boy Scouts of America, the American Legion Auxiliary, Peyton School District Accountability the Pikes Peak Regional Science Fair, and the El Paso County Citizen Outreach Group. Sue was also a 4-H parent and livestock resource leader, Dairy Goat Superintendent, Chairman of the Livestock Steering Committee and managed the El Paso County Fair 4-H Junior Livestock Sale for 13 years. She is survived by her husband, Gary; her son, Kevin (Laura) Crozier; and her two grandsons: Andrew and Hunter, who live in San Jose. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 11, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful� Chapel. A reception will follow at the Olympian Plaza Reception and Event Center, 975 South Union Boulevard. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the donor's choice: El Paso County 4-H, Pikes Peak Council of the Boy Scouts of America or the American Legion Auxiliary.
