Susan Vickery Obituary
Susie is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert "Bob" J. Vickery; mother, Else Schneider; sisters: Heidi Licerio (Angel), Gaby Martinez (Joe), Mary Jost (Jim) and Veronica Maples (Dwane); brother, Thomas Schneider, Jr. (Michelle) as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will miss her very much.
Susie had a great love for horses from the time she was very young. She and Bob owned a ranch off of Ellicott Highway where they had both riding and draft horses. She was a kind and loving person; always willing to help anyone out.
A Rosary will be prayed at 10:30 a.m. with Mass following at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1830 South Corona Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80905. A luncheon for family and friends will follow in the church fellowship hall. Interment will take place the same afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery with her brother-in-law Larry Vickery officiating. Any donations of flowers may be sent to 1048 Rice Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80905.
