I am so sad to hear of Grandma Sue's death. She helped in my classroom for several years and she touched my heart forever with her kindness, warmth, wisdom and humor. we have lost a true gem. My deepest sympathy to your family- she always talked about you and loved you very much.

Our precious Sue - who was such a joyful, giving, loving, creative human being. I was blessed having her as a coworker and a friend and recently reconnected with her. She loved her children so and was so proud of all their accomplishments. She loved to cook and share (and how I loved her salsa!) She loved to joke and WE ALL loved that contagious laugh. Just the other day Deb told her she wanted to tape her laugh so she could always hear it! I will always remember hearing that laugh down the halls of St. Francis Hospital. Sue would do anything for you to help you and never wanted to be repaid. She was truly a saint! I will miss you dear friend but I know you will guide us with an invisable hand and a connected heart...as we are all connected more than we know. God bless your Tony, Kelly, Pam, Robert, Jesse, Bambi and all her other precious grandchildren and greatgrandchildren! You are in my prayes - Yolie Hendrex

My heart is heavy for Sue's family. She has been apart of our family for many years. She was always so kind and always had a smile to share. I know that she is no longer suffering here on this earth. She has gone to join OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. She will be missed.
May she Rest In Peace

What will we do without our wonderful Sue? She was always so full of life, had a knack of creating so many fun times with her friends and coworkers, and had a laugh that I will truly miss. There are so many wonderful memories of her but the two that I tend to think of the most was when she made her infamous Sponge Cakes (yes - I fell for that one, when she said that she would be honored if I could cut the cake for one of our office potlucks) and watching her and Tony take care of their bunnies, especially Charlie! Lots of stories about good ole Charlie.
I will forever cherish the years that I was privileged to work with Sue at the old St. Francis Hospital. She took us younger girls under her wings and tried to help us see that life was to be enjoyed and to not sweat the small stuff.
I'm so grateful that she and I recently reconnected and that we were able to pick up right where we left off! Sue was like that.
I will miss her but my heart is filled with so many wonderful memories which will always outweigh the sorrow. And for that, I thank her.
May she rest in peace and happiness by our dear Lord's side.
Her friend ALWAYS,
Deb Parrish
