Growing up as Sydney's little cousin. I remember crawling up on her big bed to play. I was always in awe of her bravery and spirit. I'm sorry for the Mitchell family's loss. Peace be with you.

John, Penny and Dennis, so sad to hear of Sydney's passing. I have memories of a smiling, happy, lassie. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was lucky enough to get to work with Sydney for a few years through Paramed. Getting up at 6:30 am didn't seem so bad when it was for her. She always made me smile. I am so sorry for your loss. I know she truly loved you by the amount of stories she had about you, especially her brother. I am lucky to have had her as a friend.

Sydney was a special person. She had her own light and I think everyone was drawn to her because she shone so bright. She will be missed always.

I have so many wonderful memories of my childhood growing up with Syd as my friend, I will always hold those times close to my heart. My condolences to the Mitchell family for their loss.
