Tamara (Tami) Lou MacDonald (nee Reed)
unexpectedly passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the age of 63 in North Platte, Nebraska.
Tami was born on February 22nd, 1958 to Dora (June) Reed (nee Easom) and Dale Reed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, She graduated from Coronado High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1976. Tami started her 45+ years career as an accountant at Dales Paint and Supply(a family run business), while still in high school! She worked for Wells and Associates for the last 23 years.
She is survived by Fin(husband); (children) Cam(son), Shauna (daughter); (daughter in law) Victoria; (grandchildren) Zain and Zenthia; (sisters) Bonnie Morrison and Debbie Hemry, (husband) Tom Hemry;(Nephews) Brett Morrison, Danny DeGroff, (wife) Kari Woods; (nieces) Tracy DeStazio, (husband) Marty DeStazio; Tina Drummond/Murray, (husband) Jack Murray; and numerous other relatives.Preceding her death: (parents) Dale and June; (sister) Lana; (brother-in-law) Doug; (nephew) Tim.
She was a loving wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister and friend.
Tami's funeral service will be held at Pike Peak Christian Church. Address: 4955 Bradley Rd, Colorado Springs CO, 80911. Phone: 719-392-9061; on Thursday December 16th, 2021 at 2:00pm.

Tami was always a bright smile in person and on the phone when I had to contact Sam Wells, her employer. Have a great picture with her at Coronado High School's 40th reunion. RIP Tami

I worked with Tami in the 1980s, either at the Schuck Corp. or Grubb & Ellis, I forget which, when we were all newlyweds and she and Fin were just starting their family. Cam was the first baby in our immediate circle of friends. We grew very close as couples - but then life went on, as it inevitably does, and we lost touch. Then in 2017 I was meeting tenants for the first time in an office building I was managing, walked into Sam Wells' office - and there was Tami! It was wonderful to catch up. I was shocked when I went to the building today to deliver tenant Christmas gifts and found out about Tami's passing. Our deep condolences to her family - she will be so missed.
