Tate Tulloss Obituary

Tate Tulloss passed away Tuesday at home from complications due to a bicycle accident Sunday. He is survived by his parents Mark & Nanette Weesner Tulloss, sister Tessea, brother Trenton, girlfriend Abigail Kerr, as well as many other family & friends. He was born and raised in Colorado Springs. Tate was a student at Colorado School of Mines, majoring in Computer Science and Math. Tate attended Cheyenne Mountain Charter Academy through 8th grade and graduated from James Irwin Charter High School in 2009. He played football for Sierra High School as well as basketball for JICHS. Everything Tate did was with such enthusiasm that others were compelled to join in and share the fun. Tate was a gift from God who challenged and broadened those around him so much that his parents had to continuously give him back to God, trusting as He promises, that what God had started in Tate, He would finish. Tate was never one to stand on the side criticizing the “doers of great deeds; he was the “doer. Tate heard the words, “Well done good and faithful servant! when he entered the joy of the Lord. A celebration of his life will be held at New Life Church August 17 at 1:00. Contributions on behalf of the family may be made to New Life Church.

Mark, Nanette, Tessea, Trenton, and Abi:
Tate was one of a kind... he was amazing in every way! However, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. You are all amazing, too. My prayers and thoughts are with you now and always. Tate will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Blessings,
The Carroll family

Tate,
You've touched us with your friendship over many years and you will be missed by all who know and love you. We hurt for your family and for time we will miss with you here on earth but we rejoice that you are with your Father in heaven and know that all who love you will be reunited one day. Go 55/70!
