Terrence Clancy Obituary

Terrence Clancy was born February 16, 1948, in Clinton, IL, to Edward and Agnes Clancy. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Michael, and a niece, Mary McCormick. He is survived by a sister, Kathleen McCormick (Ken) of Colorado Springs; Brian Clancy (Linda) of Denver; and Jim Clancy (Yung) of Atlanta, GA. Terry will also be deeply missed by his closest friend John Anderson, and special friends Linda, Ellie, and Mike. He was a devoted and loving uncle to his nieces and nephews, and his bountiful generosity was demonstrated on Christmas and at each of their birthdays, which he never missed. Mr. Clancy graduated from South High School in Denver and attended Northeast Jr. College in Sterling, CO. He was a certified property manager at the time of his death. Previously, he managed for Unique Mobility in San Francisco, CA for 15 years and then moved to Palm Beach, FL, where he managed exclusive properties from 1992 through 2004. He had recently returned to Colorado and was living in Cascade. Terry's greatest attribute was his ability to make and keep friends. He was one of the most kind and most gentle men one could ever know. He will always be remembered for his love of vintage cars and cats. A funeral Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Chapel in Cascade, on Thursday, July 21, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
