On May 7, 2023, Terry L. Dees, loving husband, father, and friend, passed away at his home surrounded by his family and friends.
Born in Lawton, Oklahoma to James "Tom" Dees and Jaquetta M. Gold on June 13th, 1941. He excelled athletically and graduated Robert E. Lee High and went on to play Football for Cameron University in Oklahoma.
In 1961, he answered his Country's call and served with the Army 1st Infantry Division during the Vietnam War. If you're going to be one, be a Big Red One! Upon his return, he followed his father's footsteps and began working as a car salesman. He went on to own and operate Colorado Country Motors and other automotive related business for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Cornelia; his children LaurieLeigh, Christopher, Kelly, Jessica, and Michael; as well as his sister Carole Ann and brother John; as well as his many friends and family.
