Pat, Kathy, Brent, Ryan and the rest of the Salt Family,
Our heartfelt condolences for you all. We are so sorry that we never had a chance to meet Terry but so glad on our last dinner together with Pat and Kathy a few weeks ago so much of the conversation was about your Dad, such wonderful stories that we felt we got to know him a little through your loving recountings of your childhood memories. To then read his biography we were even more impressed with the incredible honor in which he lived his entire life. It is no wonder he raised such an admirable son as you, Pat. We are so happy he was able to stay with you all for such a long time which we know makes it harder to say goodbye but we hope a lifetime of beautiful memories will comfort you and keep him alive in your hearts. We love you all, Diana Featherstone & Peter McNab

Suzi and all the family... prayers and hugs sent your way.
What a delightful man. I enjoyed talking with him at several of our Girl Scout functions. He always had a smile and beamed with pride for the work you did with the Girl Scouts, and of course the love you have for family. Glad you have a wealth of memories to reflect with. Love to you all.

Memories of your dad are numerous. First as a neighbor and surrogate parent. It was he my parents trusted with our lives when Marc overdosed on baby aspirin and they needed to rush him to the hospital. It was he who always greeted me with a smile as I struggled through his math class at Sproul. It was he who I aspired to become a man of grace and dignity. Rest In Peace Terry. You left your mark on earth.

I remember him from Sproul, and when he was campaigning, still have the penny card he used...always liked him. Condolences to friends and family. He will be missed.

Terry and I were hired as math teachers at Sproul the very same year. We taught next door for many years there, and I had the privilege of teaching Suzi and Tracy. What a great man! I will never forget him in his Indian headdress greeting the students at the door when he was going to teach some concept - what it was, I don't know. He was a great asset to Sproul, and a good friend. Before Bryce and I were married, he and Jane threw us a party at their house. What fun we had in those days. It has been years since I have seen him, but I will never forget him. Condolences to all of his family.
