This community has lost another wonderful member of the legal community.

Counselor Birch was a dear friend to my family, and he helped my brothers and I through a very difficult and painful estate when our mother passed away in 1985.

He will be remembered for his honesty and integrity, and an attorney with principles that he guided throughout his distingushed legal career.
