Thomas E. Gantt was born November 10, 1932, in Blytheville South Carolina. He went to be with the Lord February 19, 2018 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was one of nine children born to the late John and Ella Gantt. He had six brothers and two sisters who all preceded him in death. Thomas had two sons, George A. Gantt and Johnny Gantt who also preceded him in death.
Thomas served honorably in the United States Army as Combat Medic during the Korean War. While serving in the Army, he received numerous awards, medals, and honors.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Deborah C. Gantt, one daughter, Latisha (Julio) Flores, and three step-children, Jacques L., and Arthael A. Alexander, and Nechole Jaramillo. Our lives have been forever touched by his abundant and generous love.
Visitation will be held at Angelus Chapel, located at 1104 S. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, 80910 on Monday, February 26, 2018, from 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at Greater Christ Temple Apostolic Church, located at 4985 N. Carefree Circle, Colorado Springs, 80917 at 11:00 A.M.
