Frank passed away at age 64 on December 9, 2022 in Bullhead City, AZ from cancer. Frank was born January 21, 1958 in Paris, Il to Thomas and Etta Kinslow.
Frank was a long time resident of Colorado Springs. Frank was a 1977 Graduate of Harrison High School. He married Pam, his high school sweetheart on October 14, 1978. He was employed at McCloskey Motors as an ASE Auto Technician/Shop Foreman before his retirement and move to Bullhead City in 2018. Frank loved his family and friends most of all. He enjoyed boating, side x side desert exploring, fishing, gardening and playing the slots. His accomplishments included Isuzu Master Level Technician, Suzuki Platinum Technician, Advanced Level ASE Specialist, best husband and dad. He became a volunteer with Mothers of Murdered Youth (M.O.M.Y.) after the murder of his son Tommy in 2005.
Frank is survived by his wife Pam Kinslow, Daughter Mindy Marmet (Tyler), Sister Debbie Chadwick, Sister-in-law Linda Tomlinson and many nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, son Tommy Kinslow and sister Anne Kinslow.
Celebration of Life will be held Sunday April 30, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., Georgetown Square Townhome Clubhouse, 1917 N. Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO

Dearest Pam,
Your family has touched our lives in more ways than we can put into words.
Thank you...
for welcoming each of us into your worlds, for your unwavering love and kindness, for the sweet words with each encounter,
for allowing us to be a part of your lives.
The loss of Frank struck us fiercely. He is a legend among men for many reasons but especially for his steadfast encouraging leadership in life, love, friendship, and work.
One of my favorite "things" about you and Frank as a couple is how your smiles match; in sync, in intensity, and in your eyes.
Pam, please know that you have always had a place in our hearts and family. That remains true now and forever.
I know Frank will always be with you, encouraging you with his gentle touch. Please don't forget us on your adventures. We will be here rooting you on and if you ever need a shoulder to lean on.
