Thomas H. Pitts aka Tommy Pitts born in NC 11/28/1948 passed away on May 23, 2025, after a brief illness.
He is preceded in death by his parents Eros and Louellen Pitts and his brother Emory Pitts from Asheville, NC. He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Judy Dalton Pitts from Colorado Springs and his sister Shirley Pitts Austin Kidd and her husband Larry from Flat Rock NC. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews in NC and Virginia.
Tommy attended Lee H Edwards High School, transferred to Erwin High School graduating in 1967. He was employed with Kawasaki Motors Motorcycle Division as a District Manager in Atlanta and with Yamaha Motorcycles also as a District Manager in Southern Colorado. Tommy finished out his career as a Private Investigator/Process Server contracting with personal injury attorneys and insurance companies in Southern Colorado for the past 25 years.
A Celebration Of life will be held at O'Furry's, 900 E Fillmore Street in Colorado Springs on Saturday, July 19.2025 from 4:00 to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, make a donation to the Pikes Peak Humane Society.
